Experienced Welder/Fitter – We’ll Beat Your Current Pay

Deco Mfg. will beat your current compensation if you are a top-level fabricator. We need someone who reads prints at a high level, works quickly but thoroughly, and takes real pride in workmanship.

What you’ll do

Lay out, fit, and fabricate material handling equipment from carbon steel. MIG weld in all positions to AWS standards and use an oxygen/acetylene cutting torch daily.

Requirements

• 5+ years fabrication, welding, and fitting experience (9+ years preferred for top pay)
• Proficient MIG welding in all positions
• Strong print reading and layout skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts)
• Own hand tools, squares, tape measure, and safety-toe boots
• Able to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
