In this role,you’llsupport the end-to-end order process by managing quotes, coordinating customer orders, tracking inventory, and working closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep operations running smoothly from production through delivery.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Coordinate daily business operations to ensurescheduling isrunningefficiently,and organizational goals are met.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providingaccurateinformationin regard toorders.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels by tracking stock, coordinating replenishment, andmaintainingaccurateinventory records.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports that support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Develop, document, andmaintainstandard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and compliance.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively whilemaintainingaccuracy and consistency in daily tasks.
