LifeSource, Inc. is currently searching for a Business Development Superstar in the Raleigh and Eastern North Carolina area to join our passionate and growing BD team! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for partnering with our Business Development Team to generate new opportunities and bring on new clients in this fast paced, exciting environment. This opportunity focuses on Long Term Care Communities (Assisted Living/Memory Care/ SNF) to provide our integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health services. We’re looking for a candidate who is willing to make a commitment to learning our business model, our industry, and investing in an exciting career success within our organization. This will include the Eastern North Carolina market (Raleigh/Wilmington/Morehead City & surrounding areas).

• Responsibilities:Develop strategy to recruit new business and show how LifeSource stands out from competitors
• Direct business development activities of assigned area
• Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key partners and customers

Develop and implement strategic plans which increase business for LifeSource from a corporate and local community focus

• Understanding and articulation of the value that LifeSource brings to patients & clients
• Communication of the customers’ needs and requirements within the organization
  Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships
  Manage multiple prospective accounts
  Attendance of Customer Start Up Meetings
  Obtaining and entering updated client data for internal database

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong prospecting, territory management, and account management and closing skills
• Strong outside sales experience in a healthcare related field
• Strong networking skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Effective listener

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in medical related field preferred, but open to other Grads with Medical Field Experience. (Sales/Marketing/Service).
• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Experienced with strategic planning processes, marketing, and business development activities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory*
• LTC/Nursing/Skilled Nursing Facility experience a BIG plus

*Daily travel throughout your assigned territory is required for this role*
