We are seeking part-time Sales Associates to support our sales team by assisting with quote creation, order tracking, and sample management. This role collaborates closely with the Owner and VP of Sales to ensure timely and accurate sales processes. The position requires weekday availability and familiarity with specific sales and inventory software.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate sales quotes
- Track sales orders to ensure on-time shipping
- Manage sample requests efficiently
- Assist with inventory tracking and management
- Perform sales data entry and maintain records
- Follow up on orders to resolve any issues
- Generate sales reports as needed
- Assist in sending out Invoice Due notices to customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in sales support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of sales order management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
If individual excels and wants to ultimately get into sales this could become a full time position, if desired.
