Journeyman Carpenter

The Journeyman Carpenter is a skilled tradesperson responsible for performing advanced carpentry tasks with precision and expertise. This role requires a strong foundation in woodworking and construction techniques, contributing to the successful completion of building projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to specifications
• Install frameworks, structures, and other wood components
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements
• Maintain and operate carpentry tools and equipment safely
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry
• Proficient woodworking skills
• Experience operating a scissor lift
