Volt is immediately hiring for 1st & 2nd ShiftProductionAssembler paying $19 - $20 Depending on the shiftinEdgewater, FL.

As a1st & 2nd ShiftAssembler,you will:

• Assemble products and components according to production requirements.
• Rotate through various production and assembly tasks as needed.
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist in the production and assembly of wiring and cable assemblies.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, when trained and authorized.
• Support daily production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, shoveling, and maintaining clean work areas.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

This is afull-timeopportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors and in hot weather conditions.
• Wear closed-toe steel-toe safety shoes (employee-provided).
• Comply with all workplace safety requirements.
• Candidates with long beards may be required to comply with site-specific safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to work around production equipment, machinery, and forklifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience or certification. (Preferred not necessary)
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
• Experience working in industrial, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.

Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

2nd shift: Starts at 4:30 pm

Pay Rate:$19.00 - $20.00per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
