Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Shifts (Mornings, Evenings, Weekends)
About the Role:
Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver looking to make a real difference? We’re looking for a Full-Time & Part-Time Direct Care Staff member to work one-on-one with a client in their home. You’ll provide support with simple daily tasks the client cannot manage alone all in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
Prepare basic meals and help with feeding if needed
Offer companionship and emotional support
Escort client on walks or appointments if needed
Monitor safety and report concerns to supervisor
Follow care plans and maintain simple documentation
Remind client to take medication (as allowed)
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred
Excellent communication and a caring attitude
Must pass background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation (may be required)
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get it (we can help!)
