Windows & Doors by Chris is hiring a skilled installer in the Rochester, NY area who can handle replacement window and door projects from start to finish. If you know the trade, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can complete professional installations independently, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Remove existing windows and doors
• Install replacement windows and doors
• Properly fit, level, secure, insulate, and seal installations
• Complete interior and exterior trim and finish work
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Protect customers' homes and property throughout the installation
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job

What We're Looking For

Previous window and door installation experience is required.

Qualified candidates should:

• Have hands-on experience installing replacement windows and doors
• Be able to complete interior and exterior trim/finish work
• Have experience with carpentry, remodeling, home improvement, or residential construction
• Have a reliable vehicle
• Have their own hand tools
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Be comfortable working independently
• Take pride in completing clean, high-quality installations

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced installer who can get to work and knows how to complete the job correctly.

Pay & Employment

Pay: $40–$60 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Schedule: Full-Time
