Position: Food Service Worker 1st Shift
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager with food and meal preparation
• Maintain cash receipts and meal records
• Help complete daily reports
• Uphold high standards of sanitation and kitchen safety practices

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a related role preferred
• Knowledge of baking methods and food safety regulations
• Ability to obtain food safety certification(s)
• Basic math and counting skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Skills:

• Cold food preparation techniques
• Food and meal prep methods
• Kitchen sanitation and safety standards
• Food safety regulations and handling
• Use of PPE and safety protocols
