Revenue Cycle Manager - Multisite Specialty Healthcare Practice

Total Compensation:$80,000–$100,000, plus bonus potential

We're seeking an experiencedRevenue Cycle Managerto lead billing, coding, collections, and denial management for a well-established, multisite specialty medical practice based in the Bergen County, NJ area. If you're a hands-on RCM leader who thrives on driving results and mentoring teams, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a revenue cycle team, evaluating performance and supporting professional growth
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements
• Serve as the go-to resource for resolving patient, provider, and staff billing inquiries
• Analyze denial trends and build strategies to reduce and prevent future denials
• Track key metrics like Days in A/R, collection rates, and coding accuracy, reporting results to leadership
• Own the full revenue cycle from insurance verification and coding through claims submission and collections
• Partner with senior leadership on special projects and revenue cycle initiatives
• Maintain and troubleshoot payer portals and escalation protocols

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, with proven leadership or supervisory background
• Experience in a multisite medical practice setting (specialty practice experience is a plus)
• Experience with accounts receivable and denials is highly preferred
• Comfortable communicating across all levels from front-line staff to executive leadership
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems
• Ready to lead from day one- this role suits an experienced RCM leader, not an individual biller stepping into their first management role
