Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety standards

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales

- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and create a memorable experience for guests

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly

- Stay informed about menu updates, promotions, and hotel policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender or server in a hospitality setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of alcohol and beverage service regulations

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
