We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves developing and delivering educational programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge among healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs tailored to the needs of healthcare staff
- Conduct training sessions, education workshops to improve clinical competencies
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify educational gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Conduct BLS, ACLS and PALS training for staff and new hires
- Stay current with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and industry standards
- Provide mentorship and support to new and existing staff to foster continuous learning
- Assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress
- Forms education for all new services lines, over sees all clinical education for the hospital
- Manages community based programs, including community health fairs, education and training events

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field
- Valid clinical license or certification relevant to the healthcare setting
- Proven experience in clinical education, ED/Med Surg, training, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Organizational skills, budget and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
