Charge Nurse (RN)

This position is available as either part-time or full-time, based on the candidate's preference

2-3 shifts per week, 12 hours on Day Shift

6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Charge Nurse provides clinical leadership and coordination for the Inpatient Acute and Emergency Departments, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in our rural Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Emergency Department. This position serves as a daily leader and role model for the nursing team, promoting a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment. During times of high patient census the Charge Nurse will also provide hands-on patient care.
