Tire Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for aTire Technicianfor a company based inDecatur,AL.In this role, you will have the opportunity toinspect, repair, install and maintain tires while providing exceptional service and ensuring vehicle safety for customers.
Pay Rate
$16.00per houror more based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday,700 am to 5 00 pmand Saturday 7 00 am to 12 00 pm,off one day during the week.
Tire TechnicianDuties and Responsibilities
- Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- Install, remove, mount, and balance tires on passenger vehicles, light trucks, and commercial vehicles.
- Perform tire rotations, alignments, and other preventative maintenance services.
- Operate tire-changing machines, wheel balancers, lifts, and other shop equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Tire TechnicianQualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of tire installation, balancing, and repair procedures.
- Ability to safely operate automotive service equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical strength and staminato liftand move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
