Entry Level Sales Representative

Full-Time | $600–$1,200 per Week

Cornerstone Impact Group is growing our North Texas sales team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, setting goals, and challenging themselves.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations, helping them explore wireless products and services that fit their needs. This is a hands-on sales role with clear performance goals, ongoing coaching, and plenty of opportunity to improve your skills.

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide paid training and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
• Learn wireless products, services, and current promotions
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs
• Recommend products and service options
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and communication training

Compensation & Benefits

• $10/hour guaranteed base pay
• Additional performance-based compensation
• Typical weekly earnings: $600–$1,200 based on performance

• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work on your feet in a retail environment
• Must meet all client-required employment and background screening requirements
