Test Lead - Special Testing (Networking & Servers)

Pay: $18–$20/hour | Full-Time

We are looking for a hands-on Test Lead to support specialized testing of servers, networking equipment, enterprise hardware, and custom-configured systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and perform specialized hardware testing and troubleshooting
• Configure and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, Windows, BIOS/UEFI, RAID, and network interfaces
• Develop and document testing procedures and SOPs
• Build and maintain test environments
• Train and support technicians
• Work with Engineering and Operations to improve testing processes and quality
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and networking issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networking
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, and routing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Enterprise hardware experience is a plus
• CompTIA or Cisco certifications are a plus
