We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CNC routing experience, be able to read blueprints, and have a strong understanding of quality and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC routing equipment to accurately cut and produce parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications
- Create and modify CNC cutting path programs
- Make adjustments to existing programs to ensure parts meet customer requirements
- Perform quality inspections and ensure finished products meet specifications
- Understand and support the overall production process
- Work closely with management and other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and production requirements
Requirements
- Previous CNC machine operating experience required
- Experience with CNC routing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience creating and modifying CNC programs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Understanding of manufacturing and production processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and make program adjustments as needed
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work effectively with management and coworkers
