Client Service - Account Manager

$60K+ 1st year earnings, Auto Allowance, Cell Phone Allowance

Stratus Clean is looking for a Client Service - Accounts Manager for a fast growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company that is applying professional approaches to our industry. Our unique program solves many of the major problems that face facility and property managers today. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity with dynamic growth who can mentor, coach, motivate and execute our program.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual candidates are strongly urged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with both Stratus clientele and Stratus franchisees
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients
• Coordinate the start-up of service to new customers
• Facilitate transfers of service from one franchisee to another
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers
• Train new franchisees; coach and develop existing franchisees
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Background in Multi-unit, multi-location, restaurant, service industry, or franchising is a plus. No overnight travel. Occasional weekend and evening work.
