Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team supporting domestic and international business operations. This position offers broad exposure to financial reporting, month-endclose, inventory accounting, foreign currency transactions, and cross-functional business support.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assistwith month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial results and investigate account variances
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Participate in inventory accounting and related reporting activities
- Assistwith external audits and financial statement support
- Review and analyze foreign currency transactions and related accounting impacts
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to ensureaccuratefinancial reporting
- Support process improvement initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
