Responsibilities include:
- Customer interaction
- Taking orders and closing checks
- Food and drink service
- General table and restaurant maintenance
- Restaurant opening and closing duties
- Intermediate knowledge of fine dining Italian Food
- Basic knowledge of wines
- Intermediate knowledge of liquer
- Minimum of 1 year experience of serving fine dining
- Willing to learn new systems as needed
