Housekeeping Associate
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming accommodations at BoxHouse Village in Monahans, Texas. This position focuses on unit cleaning, linen turnover, and laundry operations to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare BoxHouse units between resident and guest stays.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and staging linens and towels.
- Restock units with essential supplies and notify management of low inventory levels.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Inspect units during cleaning and promptly report maintenance concerns, damage, or safety issues.
- Ensure all units and common areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition.
- Properly handle and store cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning standards.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and cleaning checklists.
