As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our studio running smoothly while creating memorable experiences for our customers. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
• Team Leadership: Assist in leading and motivating our staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Event Support: Help organize and manage parties, workshops, and events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Hands-On Assistance: Set up for events, clean and organize the studio, and jump in wherever needed to keep the energy flowing.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Is bubbly, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting.
• Loves working with kids and can bring enthusiasm to every interaction.
• Is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Enjoys being on their feet and staying active throughout the day.
