About the Role:

The Recruiting Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the organization across the United States. This position is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates who align with the company’s culture and business objectives. The Recruiting Manager will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. By collaborating closely with department leaders and HR partners, this role ensures workforce needs are met efficiently and effectively to support organizational growth. Ultimately, the Recruiting Manager drives the continuous improvement of recruitment metrics and contributes to building a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR or recruitment certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Background in recruiting for multiple industries or technical roles.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within recruitment.
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles and levels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring processes and candidate quality.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion best practices within recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities.
