Austin, MN | 36 Hours/Week | Contract-to-Permanent

Ready for a change from the traditional hospital or high-volume primary care setting?

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an onsite health center serving employees and families of a nationally recognized consumer company in Austin, MN. The current provider is retiring, creating an opportunity to start on contract with the potential to transition permanently.

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
  • Only ~14 appointments per 12-hour shift
  • 30-minute visits and 45-minute physicals
  • Established patient population, ages 2+
  • Experienced RN, LPN/MA, and administrative support
  • Contract or contract-to-permanent

Schedule

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The Practice

Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, physicals, acute and chronic care, well-woman and pediatric visits, minor procedures, immunizations, labs, and point-of-care testing.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Primary care experience preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Comfortable treating patients ages 2+
