We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to prospect for new clients, follow up on warm leads, schedule appointments, and help customers find appropriate coverage. You’ll quote and assist with Auto, Home, Renters, Commercial, and Life insurance while identifying opportunities to expand existing client accounts. This hybrid role offers uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, licensing assistance, and a path toward agency ownership.

  • $35,000 starting base salary with $45,000-$65,000 first-year earnings

Responsibilities
  • Prospect through outbound calls and warm agency leads
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients
  • Quote and assist in binding insurance coverage
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing clients
  • Address policy changes, billing questions, and coverage updates
  • Support local marketing and community initiatives
Requirements
  • New Mexico Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain
  • New Mexico Life and Health license or willingness to obtain
  • Comfortable with cold and warm outreach
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized and comfortable using CRM and agency software
