Create 2D/3D layouts and renderings in 2020spces or Chief Architect - IF a Kitchen/ Master BATHROOM (existing & Proposed) TAKE YOU MORE THAN 60 MINUTES - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!
Prepare detailed material selection sheets tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and finishes.
Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure design plans are executed accurately.
Support clients with material selections.
Update plans based on customer feedback or field conditions.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in in kitchen design, kitchen & bath design.
Proficient with 2020 spaces Chief Architect software.
Strong understanding of construction layouts and spatial planning.
Excellent communication skills must be comfortable with customer-facing interactions.
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of residential materials, fixtures, and finishes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a general contractor or remodeling firm.
Basic understanding of permit plans and construction processes.
Familiarity with product sourcing, takeoffs, and design specs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation
Base salary: $4,000–$5,000/month, depending on experience.
Performance bonuses are available for each completed project.
