LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process from start to finish. This is
not a call center position. While customer interaction is part of the role, the majority of the day will be spent processing orders, reviewing detailed documentation, working extensively in
Microsoft Excel, and communicating with customers and internal teams via email.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Fully Onsite
Salary: $48,000-$50,000
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately using Microsoft Excel, Word, inventory management systems, and internal software.
- Review order specifications to ensure all customer requirements are met before production.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, finance, and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Create and maintain production documentation, shipping records, labels, and tracking information.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, revisions, and delivery timelines.
- Generate and review invoices while verifying pricing and order details.
- Process customer returns and warranty-related requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow established procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with inventory counts and other operational support duties as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service and operations teams.
Required Qualifications- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, customer coordination, or administrative support.
- Experience working with products, orders, or services that require close attention to specifications and detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook and shared mailboxes.
Required Technical SkillsMicrosoft Excel is a MUST-HAVE for this role. Qualified candidates must have experience with:
- Managing and organizing large datasets
- Formulas and spreadsheet functions
- Conditional formatting
- Reviewing and validating data
- Processing detailed order information using Excel
- Maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment
An Excel assessment may be administered during the interview process.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods when required.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform visual inspections and handle materials as needed.
