The Loader Operator safely loads, moves, and manages various materials such as ash, dirt, and rock using heavy construction equipment in a production-focused environment. This role operates equipment equipped with blades to clear and level terrain, supports barge loading and unloading operations, and performs routine equipment maintenance. The position requires strong attention to safety, the ability to coordinate with crew members, and the flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned.

Work EnvironmentThis role involves working both indoors and outdoors in a construction and industrial setting, often around heavy equipment and active loading operations. The schedule requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as project needs arise. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend, and walk, stand, or sit for extended periods. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in areas with loud noise levels. The work environment may expose you to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or areas with limited ventilation. You will need to work effectively under pressure, manage time constraints, and adapt to changing site conditions while maintaining clear communication and strong teamwork.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
