Oakworks is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our Mill Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical ability and manufacturing experience who enjoys variety, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll work in our Mill Department to create components used in our medical, spa, and massage tables.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machinery
• Routing wood and plastic components
• Producing quality parts to meet specifications
• Monitoring the machining process and making adjustments as needed
• Performing quality checks on completed parts
• Taking pride in the craftsmanship and quality of your work
• Working closely with team members to keep production moving
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Has experience with manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or similar hands-on work

Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prefer 2 years work experience in Manufacturing or Specific Education or Training. Ability to read drawings, use tape measure to validate quality, assemble electrical & mechanical components, computer literacy, and a positive attitude are essential. Ability to be forklift certified within 90 days. Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk daily for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs.
