Machine Operator

NOW HIRING – Machine Operator | 3rd Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
Training: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks

We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing metal products.

This is a 3rd shift position, but all new hires will need to train on 1st shift for approximately 4–6 weeks to learn the machines, processes, and safety procedures.

You MUST be available to work the training schedule before moving to 3rd shift.

• Operate machinery used to produce metal products
• Load and unload materials
• Monitor machines during production
• Make basic machine adjustments
• Inspect products for quality
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with your team to meet production goals

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work with machinery
• Dependable attendance
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Must be available for 1st shift training Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for 4–6 weeks
• Must be able to transition to 3rd shift, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM after training

$18.50/hour

3rd Shift: 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
Training: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for 4–6 weeks
