Recruiter

A manufacturing organization in Augusta is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for an initial 60-day assignment, with the potential to extend to 90 days. This is an opportunity to support a high-volume recruiting environment and make an immediate impact across a variety of professional and manufacturing-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Manage recruiting activities for open requisitions
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process
• Recruit for a variety of positions, including:
• Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Advanced Concepts/AI)
• Supply Chain
• Accounting
• Maintenance Technicians
• Manufacturing and skilled labor positions
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates
• Utilize Taleo ATS to track applicants and recruiting activity

Previous recruiting experience required

Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred

Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or supply chain recruiting experience highly preferred

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience a plus)
