Assembly and Packaging Operator, RF Scanning

Employer: Impact Workforce Solutions for ConMet | Location: Canton, NC

Compensation: $20.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential = $22.00/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-time with Benefits

Shift: 2nd (8 Hours) Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11:30pm; currently working OT on 10-hour shifts: 4:30 pm - 3:00am

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

• Support Molding and Finishing Department operations.
• Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts per documented work instructions.
• Use RF scanners/labeling tools and basic assembly equipment.
• Record production counts and scrap accurately.
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean, safe workstation.
• Escalate unresolved part or equipment issues to leads/supervisors.
• Comply with all plant safety and environmental policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Minimum twelve months of related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to access information on a computer and operate a labeling scan gun.
• Mechanical assembly skills; strong quality focus and attention to detail.
• Consistent reliability and attendance.
