What You’ll DoAnswer inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries with a friendly, professional approach
Make outbound calls to potential customersdon’t worry, we’ll provide the leads!
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but haven’t taken the plunge yet
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM (customer management system) in tip-top shape
Be a key part of our customer experience, making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued
Someone with strong communication skillsyou can keep a convo flowing effortlessly
A friendly, confident voice that makes people want to keep talking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (calls, emails, chatsyou got this!)
Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
Comfortable making outbound callswe’ll train you on everything else
