As a Production Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in different areas of our facility based on your skills, experience, and interests, including:
- Router Operations (CNC)
- Shipping & Packaging
- Letter Fabrication
- Metal Fabrication
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality products while meeting production goals
- Safely operate equipment and tools after training
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, finishing, or shipping as assigned
- Read work orders and follow production specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer deadlines
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
