Client Advisor - Insurance Sales (Entry Level)

This is an in-office role based in Hendricks, Minnesota where you’ll be part of a team that values consistency, accountability, and strong communication.

Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed. From there, it’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and improving over time.

Our team is made up of people who are friendly, direct, and focused on getting results.

What You’ll Do

• Talk with prospects and build new client relationships
• Make outbound calls to established leads and follow up consistently
• Review coverage and help clients make informed decisions
• Quote and write policies across multiple lines
• Keep your work organized and up to date
• Work toward clear, measurable goals
