We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Service Technician and Underground Operations teams across the region (statewide). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's spent real time in the field installing systems, running crews, and closing deals and is ready to take ownership of a full region's people, performance, and profitability.
What You'll Do
• Lead and coach Service Technicians and Underground Operations crews across multiple locations.
• Oversee septic system and drain field installations, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance on every job.
• Own the full P&L for your region budgets, KPIs, fleet, equipment, and day-to-day location management.
• Drive regional sales growth by coaching your team on estimating, upselling, and customer retention.
• Partner with HR to enforce company policies, support hiring and onboarding, and build a strong, safety-first culture.
What You Bring:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in septic/wastewater work, including front-line pump truck and drain field installation.
• 5–7 years of management or supervisory experience.
• A track record in commission-based sales you know how to sell and how to coach others to sell.
• Working knowledge of state and local septic system codes and permitting requirements.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• The willingness to travel regularly across your assigned region.
• **Must** have valid septic license/certification that is active.
