Managed Services Provider (MSP) with immediate openings for
Level 1 IT Support Technicians. This role is ideal for motivated individuals ready to be an active part of a collaborative team, assisting with daily IT operations across our help desk and field service departments.
Requirements:- Entry-level experience with a passion for IT and Technology
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English
- A strong desire to learn new skills, systems, and technologies
- Robust problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and business needs
- Familiarity with Windows-based network environments and protocols
- Solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and desktop systems
- Experience with break/fix tasks, installations, and software upgrades
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and iOS is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable in a role that involves frequent client interaction and outstanding service
**This is not a remote position and you will be required to commute to Willow Grove each day.
