What You’ll Do
- Deliver Lincoln Tech’s accredited Welding Technologies curriculum, building a strong foundation in theory and application.
- Coach students through intensive, hands-on practice in our fully equipped welding facility.
- Model and enforce safety protocols and industry standards every step of the way.
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and continual skill development.
- Keep classes energetic and engaging to motivate learners at every level.
- Assess performance regularly and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for in-demand careers in Welding Technology.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding and/or Structural Welding, including:
- GMAW (MIG)
- GTAW (TIG)
- SMAW (Stick)
- FCAW (Flux-cored arc)
- Plasma Cutting
