Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Account Associate to support daily agency operations and help drive growth through meaningful client interactions. This role blends front office support with customer engagement and product education.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic service needs
- Initiate conversations with prospective and current customers
- Ask thoughtful, needs-based questions to understand customer situations
- Educate customers on available insurance and financial service products
- Support follow-up on quotes, renewals, and account reviews
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and appointment scheduling
Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging in conversation and asking questions to understand needs
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive approach
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
Preferred (Not Required):- Background in customer service, administrative support, or marketing
- Experience in insurance or financial services
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
