Prostar Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-established manufacturing company in Gurnee, IL. Our client provides high-quality kitchen and bath products and is looking for a customer-focused professional to join their team.
- Location: Gurnee, IL
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information and order details.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- SAP experience required.
- Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
