Role snapshot
  • Run and adjust press brakes including Accurpress/Accupress, Dener, and Toyokoki to form parts per blueprint.
  • Execute complete tooling setup and changeover; safely remove and store tooling on job completion.
  • Use measurement gauges to verify tolerances; record inspection data to maintain quality documentation.
  • Track part counts precisely and label containers with customer, part number, quantity, and shop order information.
  • Coordinate with your supervisor and coworkers to interpret instructions and sequence tasks.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Achieve target quality and productivity standards across assigned work.
  • Keep machines, tooling, and workstation clean and orderly each day.
Required strengths
  • Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical problemsolving expertise.
  • Proficiency in press brake setups for production runs.
  • Fluent in shop math and blueprint reading.
  • Handson PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) experience.
