Role snapshot
- Run and adjust press brakes including Accurpress/Accupress, Dener, and Toyokoki to form parts per blueprint.
- Execute complete tooling setup and changeover; safely remove and store tooling on job completion.
- Use measurement gauges to verify tolerances; record inspection data to maintain quality documentation.
- Track part counts precisely and label containers with customer, part number, quantity, and shop order information.
- Coordinate with your supervisor and coworkers to interpret instructions and sequence tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Achieve target quality and productivity standards across assigned work.
- Keep machines, tooling, and workstation clean and orderly each day.
Required strengths
- Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical problemsolving expertise.
- Proficiency in press brake setups for production runs.
- Fluent in shop math and blueprint reading.
- Handson PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) experience.
