Job Title: C-Shift Slitter Operator
Job Description
The Slitter Operator sets up and operates slitting equipment to convert film and related materials according to production specifications. This role involves reading and interpreting bills of materials and diagrams, performing precise machine set-ups and changeovers, threading film, setting blades to the correct width, and programming the machine for length, speed, and tension. The operator ensures products meet quality standards through regular inspections and then removes finished product from the machine, stacks it in containers, and prepares it for shipping.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility designed to provide a comfortable working environment. The dress code requires steel-toe boots, blue jeans or Cintas pants without holes, and a solid-colored shirt; shorts are also permitted as long as they meet safety and dress guidelines. You will work with slitter machines and related production equipment, using HMI touch screens, measuring instruments such as calipers and durometers, and various hand tools. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and quality, with a focus on maintaining a tidy workspace and following established procedures throughout the shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
