What You’ll Do

• Safely transport children, families, and community members to scheduled destinations
• Provide coverage during high-demand morning and afternoon hours
• Follow assigned routes and scheduled pickup times
• Communicate delays, concerns, or route updates promptly
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
• Follow all company safety and transportation procedures

Typical Availability Needed

• Weekday mornings
• Weekday afternoons
• Saturdays afternoons
• Split-shift availability is a plus
• Additional routes may be available based on your schedule and company needs

This is flexible part-time work, but assigned routes require consistency. Once you accept a route, our clients depend on you to arrive safely and on time.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid driver’s license
• A clean driving record with no speeding violations within the past five years
• Ability to pass a caregiver background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Professional communication skills
• Patience and comfort working with children and families
• The ability to use a smartphone for schedules, navigation, and company communication

Previous professional driving, caregiving, school transportation, rideshare, delivery, healthcare, or human-services experience is helpful but not required.
