Electrical Assembly Supervisor

The Electrical Assembly Supervisor will lead a small team focused on assembling medium-sized electrical equipment during the day shift. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire assembly process, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating workflow, and fostering team development without direct involvement with engineering design teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of fewer than 5 assembly technicians
• Oversee assembly operations of medium-sized electrical equipment
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures
• Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules
• Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance
• Create and manage daily work schedules
• Address and resolve assembly process problems promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly
• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong background in electrical assembly and team leadership
• Experience with quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles
• Proficient troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication abilities
