What You’ll Do

What You Need to Apply (Requirements)
  • Group Management Experience: Minimum 1 year managing groups of 10+ elementary-aged kids simultaneously (e.g., classroom teaching, theater direction, camp counseling, or youth athletics).
  • Reliable Personal Vehicle: Must own a reliable car to transport kits to event sites.
  • Punctuality & Communication: A proven track record of arriving early and responding to schedule confirmations within 24 hours.
  • Background Clearance: Must be willing to clear state and federal criminal background checks.
