This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing buying decisions, and being rewarded for performancenot just ringing up transactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business
- Confidently present products and close sales
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Accurately process transactions and handle point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a professional, organized sales floor that supports conversion
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferred (commission or goal-based sales a plus)
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Confident communicator who enjoys influencing outcomes
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow earnings
Compensation & Schedule:
- Training Pay: $16/hour
- After Training: Base + commission
- Earning Potential: Full-time associates typically earn $55,000–$70,000 annually
- Schedule: Full-time,40 hoursper week, Mon-Saturday with a day off during the week.
