ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a sales focused role. In this role, you would be provided extensive training and leads to help you succeed. Previous experience is not a requirement but is helpful. You would earn an hourly wage plus commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
