One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Amarillo, Texas. The Construction Supervisor will support Base Capital Projects across multiple power plant sites.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry.
Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Provide daily on-site supervision during project overhauls.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and plant personnel.
- Monitor construction activities including welding, scaffolding, painting, and equipment installation.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially during critical lifts.
- Compile weekly reports and track project documentation (e.g., weld x-ray reports).
Requirements of the Construction Supervisor:
- 5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry.
- Mechanical or civil background preferred; familiarity with power plant components (boilers, turbines, condensers).
- Experience with critical lifts and vendor oversight.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel.
