Job Summary: Citizens Insurance in Anderson, SC is seeking a highly motivated sales-focused professional with Commercial Lines (CL) experience. This office-based role combines sales and client service responsibilities, offering consultative insurance solutions and ongoing support for commercial clients. The ideal candidate is not a full-time producer but will actively sell and help service accounts, functioning as a traditional insurance agent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new commercial business through outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Engage prospects and existing clients, listen to their needs, and confidently present tailored coverage options
- Deliver engaging, solution-oriented sales conversations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Assist with servicing accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and claims support
- Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, self-driven mindset
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless client experience
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:- Commercial Lines insurance experience required
- Proven sales experience with a passion for winning and exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, effective solutions
- Positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to grow in a rewarding career
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (company-supported)
