CGS is seeking a skilledAll-Source Intelligence Analyst – Seniorto serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matterexpertisein intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting.In this role, you willberesponsible forprogrammatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators.You will also ensure thatintelligence products are actionable,accurate, and aligned with client needs,whilemaintainingsituational awareness across operational areas.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness toaccomplishSpecial Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
- Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
- Demonstratea highlevelofproficiencyin proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings asrequiredand specified in thequalifications below.
- May berequiredto serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.
- Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.
- Enforce requirements,focusingthe team of intelligence analysts.
- Ensure quality control of products.
- Providestrong organizational skills and administrative oversight.
- Direct the analytical team inidentifyingtrends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.
- Assistin directing requirements,focusingthe team of intelligence analysts, and ensuring quality control of products.
- Work as a part of a team toidentifytrends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.
- Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.
- Produceintelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimumof six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies isrequiredwith four (4) years at the operational level.
- Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate expertproficiencyand knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
